           Health is something very important for a person's life journey from the moment of fertilization (conception) until the end of his life. To get good results and quality of conception, must come from the "seed" (sperm and egg cells) are good as well, which could only be produced by human beings who have good health. Then the process of the products of conception, birth and growth and develop into mature who also require a medical status by excelent. When this natural process to go smoothly, it will produce human beings who have a high quality that can be counted on to become the backbone of national development.

               Indonesia need the excellent peoples in order to be able to deliver Indonesia has become a respected nation in the world. One element of nation building is the TNI which is the front guard in kept the integrity of Indonesia territory from Sabang to Merauke, from Miangas to Rote Island. As a front guard required a very stringent qualification requirements that are expected will be obtained the best quality of military personnel which is more responsive and capable, and ready to be assigned anywhere in all corners of the country.

                 TNI Surgeon General have responsible for coordinating the activities of medical Army, Navy and Medical Air Force that focus on recruitment process preparation particularly on medical concern, medical check up regularly, pre and post deployment medical check up, in order to obtain the military personnels who always ready for doing the main task of TNI.

                 To be able to carry out the tasks and functions that have been mentioned above, TNI medical community need health facilities and infrastructure by adequate as a national/international standard as well as professionals human resource in respective scholarly. Therefore making up of medical equipment and education of human resources would be a main priority in addition to revamping the organization and management of military medicine in accordance with the development situation and economic conditions and sciences of medicine/health as well as global environment strategy.
